If you have lower than a 3.7 g.p.a., (3.5 g.p.a. For me) how much will the hope scholarship cover for that person?

Well said, my older son is currently attending UGA and my wife holds a UGA degree. I’m a Tech graduate. Both are fine schools. I will say, however, that the school does not make the student. The student will get out of the experience what he/she prioritizes and is diligent pursuing. Thanks for the comment.

I’m sorry, but UGA has come a long way from it’s party days. It’s a research institute, many very smart kids go there for their pre-med, choosing it over GA Tech. People don’t go there to jsut party anymore, in fact, they’re failing out. Take your dated stereotypes elsewhere, rather than taking great oppportunities from intelligent kids.

Put a $6,000 a year cap on Hope. If these kids want to go to a party school like UGA let them pay out of their own pockets.
