The way that I read the law behind the Hope Scholarship implies that your daughter is eligible as long as she meets residency requirements for the state of Georgia. The GPA to determine hope eligibility will now be the GPA from the college transfer credits and not the High School GPA. I would recommend that you talk to the admissions office of the school she will be attending in GA and confirm any additional requirements.
